Based on 35 years of experience, I provide technical, legal and policy advice in the fields of disarmament and non-proliferation, with particular emphasis on the control of chemical and biological weapons. I analyse the impact of advances in science and technology on the regimes pertaining to chemical and biological weapons, and provide advice on preparedness and consequence management (including chemical/biological terrorism).
